Welcome to Champion Basketball!

Winter League Update!  You can now register for the winter league of Champion Basketball!  Just click on the registration page.

Our fall league is nearly over.

Evaluations are done for those registering for the winter league.  The dates, times, and locations are set.  For more information on the locations, click on the link that says, “Our Facilities.”

Important!  The evaluations are “Open House” format, meaning come any time during that time slot given for a particular date.  Only come to one evaluation.  We offer several times just to try to get everyone in.  YOU MUST MAKE EVERY POSSIBLE EFFORT TO MAKE IT TO ONE OF THE EVALUATIONS.  Every year we get some who seem to not be able to clear their calendar enough for one evaluation.  The evaluation is only about 15 minutes, though there can be a wait in line.  Avoid the longer lines by coming later in the time slot.  For example, if the evaluation is 6:00 to 8:00, come at 7:00 to avoid the initial rush.  But you must come to one of evaluations on the date and within the time given!  Here are the dates and times we will have evaluations.  All 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade boys and girls must come to an evaluation.  NOTE: On Thursday, November 10, we will only be evaluating 3rd and 4th graders.

Saturday, November 5, Autumn Ridge Church from 8:30 until Noon.    3rd through 6th grades

Thursday, November 10, Pax Christi Church, 5:00 to 8:30 (3rd and 4th grade evaluations only!)

Friday, November 11, Calvary Evangelical Free Church 5:30 to 8:30   3rd through 6th grades

Tuesday, November 15, Pax Christi Church, 5:00 to 8:00   3rd through 6th grades

Champion Basketball’s Fall League is for middle school and high school players.  Champion Basketball’s winter league which runs January, February, and the first part of March is for elementary players.  Registration for that league starts now.  6th graders are the only group who can play in either or both the fall program and/or winter program.  The fall program is for players  in the 6th through 12th grade and the winter program is for players in the 1st through 6th grade.

Champion Basketball is made possible through the help of many volunteers, the gracious use of gym space from five area churches, and the financial donations of those who believe in our program. Because of these assets, Champion is able to offer its program at relatively low cost compared to similar community programs, making us affordable to families of all income levels. We also offer scholarships to those who are unable to afford our modest registration costs.
